Bvbx Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bvbx platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the bvbx platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy bvbx, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and our platform.

To qualify as a bvbx member, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 18 years old or meet the higher legal age requirement as defined by the jurisdiction of your place of residence.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not residing in a country, region, or jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list enforced by any gambling regulatory body.
• Using funds from legitimate sources that are not proceeds of illegal activity.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at bvbx. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, ID number, bank account, IP address, or device — is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. bvbx will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• A recent bank statement showing your name and account number.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement within the past 3 months).
• Any other supporting documents requested by the bvbx compliance team.

Bvbx reserves the right to request additional KYC verification at any time based on compliance requirements or unusual account activity.

Bvbx supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and RHB. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Key conditions for withdrawal:

• The bank account used must be registered under the same name as the bvbx account.
• Members must have fulfilled all applicable rollover requirements before making a withdrawal.
• Bvbx reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bvbx are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. General conditions that apply to all bonus offers are as follows:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.
• Bvbx reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse or fraud is proven.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Expiry dates apply to all bonuses; unused bonuses within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

All games available on the bvbx platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited by recognized international testing bodies.

In situations where there is a discrepancy between the rules displayed on the bvbx platform and those of the original provider, the original provider's rules shall take precedence. bvbx is not responsible for any technical disruptions that may occur during a game session due to factors beyond our platform's control.

Any winnings resulting from technical errors or software bugs are void and will not be paid out. bvbx reserves the right to void any bets or games affected by technical issues and to refund the original stake to the relevant member.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the bvbx platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing others to use your account.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through techniques such as bonus arbitrage, hedging, or reverse wagering.
• Conducting financial transactions disguised as gambling activity with the intent to evade taxes or launder money.
• Launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or activities that could compromise the security of the platform.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication channel provided by bvbx.

The bvbx platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Your financial information is never stored in unencrypted form and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or authorized regulatory bodies.

By registering with bvbx, you agree that we may use your information for the following purposes:

• Processing account registration and KYC identity verification.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of bvbx to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Bvbx reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the required KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In cases of account suspension due to suspected fraud, bvbx reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the account balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bvbx customer support team. The request will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member's registered bank account.

Bvbx is deeply committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial or emotional hardship for anyone.

The bvbx platform provides a range of self-control tools to help members manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limit: Limit the amount of losses you can incur within a set period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for your daily gaming sessions.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
